Im not even sure where to start when describing how amazing it was/has been working with Charles to purchase our FIRST home. Going into the process my fiancé and I were both skeptical about our options but Charles quickly turned that skepticism to optimism as we started touring some homes early January. By the third week of January we were putting and offer in on a home and the true work began. Hands down the BEST realtor EVER!! I connected with Charles while helping my daughter and son in law when they were house hunting last summer (2022) Unfortunately some unexpected expenses came up that prevented them from making it too far into the process. Charles was completely understanding and told us to reach out when we were ready to start the hunt again. Then the time came for me to begin house hunting for myself. During the time I was not in contact with Charles, he moved to another company. This means the contact info I had was no longer correct.
